  • What if an employee of the company asks for payment through a personal account?

    Strictly pay your loan through our accredited Payment Channels only using reference number we sent you. We do not collect payments via SMS and messenger. If you have received a message that collects payment thru the said platform, please report this immediately to us.

  • How to apply for a loan?

    To apply for a loan with PesoRedee, kindly follow these easy steps:

    • Navigate the online calculator to choose the desired loan amount and loan term in homepage of the website or mobile application.
    • Fill out all the required details correctly and accurately.
    • Wait for approval. We will send you SMS for confirmation or we might call you for verification.

  • What are the requirements in applying for a loan?

    Customers must be:

    • Between 22 to 70 years old.
    • Currently employed or with a steady source of income.
    • Have any of ids: TIN, Passport, PRC, UMID, SSS, Driver’s License.
    • All customers should have a valid Bank or E-Wallet (Gcash, Paymaya or Grabpay) account.

  • How much can I loan?

    Our current loanable amounts for first-time applicants range from ₱1,000 to ₱7,000. Repeat borrowers in good standing can borrow up to ₱30,000.

  • What are the interest rate and charges?

    For fees and interest, study the terms and conditions and the disclosure statement before proceeding with the loan transaction.

    For our first time customers we offer zero interest and no processing fee loan. Try our service for free!

  • How to repay?

    You can pay your loan through these 3-payment option.

    • Online Banking
    • E-wallet

    Choose your desired payment option and channel then follow the instructions. We recommend paying through 7/11 & GCash for real time posting.

  • How to check my Amount Due?

    After the SMS for the approval, we will send you another one regarding the details of your loan and the total amount that you need to settle. Also, 5 days before your assigned due date we will send remainder of payments with the total amount due. You can also check personal page in website or mobile application.

  • How will I know that my loan was settled?

    SMS will be sent to you once your payment is already posted on your account. Also, you can check your personal page in the mobile application.

  • I did not receive OTP.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. First double-check the indicated mobile number, then you can click the resend button every 1 minute interval time.

  • How will I know if I am approved?

    We will notify you through SMS once your application was approved and another one once loan was successfully disbursed into your account.

  • What if my loan declined?

    We are sorry that your application was declined. We do not disclosed the reason for approving and disapproving loan application. You can still try to re-apply after 7 days.

  • What if I did not receive the reference number?

    Upon approval, the reference number will be sent through SMS and Email together with the repayment instructions and loan contract. Please also check your spam mail, however if you still haven’t received your reference number and repayment instructions, please click this link to contact us and send in a request.

  • What is the processing time for disbursements?

    We use Instapay as our default disbursement channel. We will disburse the loan to your account in less than 10 mins after you get approved.

    If for some reason Instapay will not be able to process your transactions we automatically make another attempt through Dragonpay. You will be informed via SMS.

    You can see the disbursement channel on the last step of your application.

  • What will I do if I do not receive the money?

    If you experience any delay in collecting your approved loan, please refer to the processing time of disbursement.

  • I am planning to settle my loan early; can I re-apply again?

    Early repayment is available for all our products. If you decide to repay your loan early, you may be charged an early repayment fee. Detailed information on early repayment availability will be specified in your loan agreement.
